MathDept is the freelance creative studio of Aaron James based in Portland, Oregon. I'm at my best wearing multiple hats (mostly green ones) and shirts and masks. The work in this website is my day-job, which I love. You could categorize me as a Freelance Creative Director slash Art Director slash Designer slash Artist. I'm available for projects. 57% of my projects are with agencies, the rest are direct with brands and clients that I admire. Often times those direct engagments require a bigger team, which I build specifically for the project.
